1. Where can I find the products I am looking for?

 

Finding what you’re looking for at Rock Outfitters couldn’t be easier with our newly designed website. Our product list and categories are always listed on the left of any web page you are viewing. When searching for T-shirts and other products listed by band name, there’s always a link to bring you back to all categories on the left side of the page as well.

 

2. Some products have both a front and back image. How can I see the back image of a product?

The images on the back of a product are displayed underneath the large front image. Just click on the back image icon and it will open to a new window for a better view. Please refer to the diagram below for details.

3. How long has Rock Outfitters been in business?

Rockoutfitters.com was started in 2006.

4. How do I get support after I make a purchase?

Your email order confirmation comes with an order number. Please keep it in a safe place as you will use it to track your order. If at anytime you have questions, simply send us an email or give us a call and we will be happy to assist you.

5. How long will I wait to receive my order?

Please refer to our Shipping Information Page.

6.What is your return policy?

If you are not satisfied for whatever reason, send your unworn, unwashed or unused product back to us with all tags still attached within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund less shipping charges. Our only request is that you include a reason for your return so that we may improve service to our customers. Any feedback is appreciated and optional.

7. What happens when a product becomes unavailable after I place my order?

Rock Outfitters, to the best of our abilities, endeavors to ensure the product you order is available to you at all times. However, on rare occasions due to circumstances beyond our control, a product may become either discontinued or temporarily out of stock after your order has been placed. If this is the case, you will receive notification from us with the status of the order. If the product has been discontinued, your order will be cancelled automatically and you will be notified immediately and refunded. If a product is temporarily out of stock, you will also receive notification including the expected delivery date. At this point, you may choose to cancel your order or wait a few more days for delivery.

8. Is it safe to use my credit card here?

To ensure 100% customer satisfaction, safety is our number one priority. Our servers have recently undergone extensive upgrades in order to meet the highest security standards for e-commerce. Server upgrades include:
